The Clintons received a warm welcome at a White House rally...but the president will have little time for parties as his administration is already unravelling.
Resignations are expected to come in from Defense Secretary William Perry....Secretary of State Warren Christopher...Trade Secretary Mickey Kantor and Energy Secretary Hazel O'Leary.....even white House Chief of Staff Leon Panneta has hinted he wants to return to California.
