suspect is in custody following a shooting incident.
Three other people are reported injured -- one of them an Oakland County
sheriff's deputy.

Prison time continues to mount for Michael Obremski... the man who made
threatening phone calls to young girls in the Roanoke Valley.

16 years behind bars.
That's in addition to the 15- and- a half- years he received in Roanoke
County.

He faces 45 more years in prison for those charges.

A couple of Canadians have been charged with running up some big bills on
phony credit cards at local Department stores.
Today's indictments say 26-year old Ryan Christopher Lee and 23-year old
Quoui Long Lam tried to buy 25-hundred dollars worth of cosmetics at Leggett
at Valley View Mall October 10th.
The same day they allegedly charged 900 dollars worth of merchandise at
Leggett in Lynchburg... and another two-thousand at Hecht's.
Lynchburg police caught the pair carrying five counterfeit cards.
They'd already been suspected of charging 16-THOUSAND dollars at a Leggett
in Virginia Beach in ONE day.

Under international pressure to respond to scenes like this, the U-S is
testing the waters.
An advance team is on the ground in rwanda to assess just how and where
american troops could help. And administration officials are making the
rounds at the U-N.
All of this being done without a clear sign from the President that U-S
troops are going anywhere.

they would secure the airport and make safe a 2 mile corridor to coax more than
a million starving refugees back to their homeland...a mission hauntingly
familiar to another mission three years ago...
Somalia, 1993. 30 us soldiers died after being drawn into rebel fighting
there...a humanitarian mission gone bad...a lesson for the future.

pledge to end that mission by the end of the year, it's beginning to look like
that won't happen.

Sydney Australia--where he is on tour.
A spokeswoman confirms he married Debbie Rowe, the woman carrying his baby.
Jackson has known Rowe for 15 years.
She works for the doctor who treated him for his skin condition.
A statement from Jackson says, "Please respect our privacy and let us enjoy
this wonderful and exciting time."
Rowe reportedly is due to give birth to Jackson's baby in February.
