Workers finished the clean up early this morning.
Officials say they do not yet how much fuel leaked, but they say there is

check for further runoff.

One candidate for the state's attorney General job has launched a campaign

Conrail's board says it's sticking with C-S-X because of the deal's
strategic benefits.
Some believe Conrail execs are doing this because they'll have a job with
the new company.
You'd think shareholders have the final say, but corporate laws in
Pennsylvania allow for exceptions...and C-S-X and Conrail have written other
provisions that make their deal, in the words of one C-S-X higher up,
"bulletproof".
For that reason, Norfolk Southern is mounting its legal challenge to the
deal.
It all begins next week in a federal courthouse in Philadelphia.
