Ben Lilly was already given the death penalty--today his younger brother
was sentenced for his role in the murder.

Mark Lilly received a total of 97 years behind bars, but his prison term is
suspended after he serves 49 years.
Last December, the body of Alexander Defillipis was found in the Whitethorne
(WHITE-thorn) section of Montgomery County.
He had been shot four times.
Mark Lilly pled guilty to more than a half dozen charges including second
degree murder and abduction.
Before sentencing, his mother said she's still in disbelief.

abduction today.

20- year old Jason Hibbs was on trial for the death of Ricky Lee Coleman.
Hibbs said he punched Coleman after the 17 year old got drunk and destructive
at his house last January.
Hibbs testified he and two friends later stuffed the moaning teenager in the
trunk of a car, drove him to a remote road and dumped him over a creek bank.
Coleman died from a combination of the alcohol and exposure.
Hibbs testified he thought Coleman would sober up and go home, and said he
was sorry that he died.

Richard Lundwall.. a former finance executive with the oil company, was
indicted in White Plains, New York.. charged with obstruction of justice.
According to federal authorities, Lundwall tampered with key documents at
the center of the race discrimination case settled last week for 176 million
dollars.
But Lundwall was the man who turned the tapes over to the plaintiffs in
that case.
CHRISTOPHER RILEY, LUNDWALL'S ATTORNEY: I DO THINK IT'S IRONIC THAT THE MAN WHO
IS CHARGED WITH A CRIME, IS THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY COOPERATED WITH POLICE.
In a newly released court document, Lundwall apparently admitted that he..
and other Texaco executives shredded portions of key evidence, requested by the
plaintiffs.
He also told an FBI agent that some comments had been deleted from tape
transcripts.
Even though he turned over the tapes.. his attorney says Lundwall's
indictment doesn't exactly encourage others to come forward in the case that
has electrified the giant oil company.
