The government accused V-M-I of dragging its feet on implementing the

Judge Kiser concluded today the justice department overstated its case, but
sided with the government.

Two men from Marion were killed this morning during a collision near
Interstate 81 in Wythe County.
State Police say 18- year- old Jason Allan Williams was driving a pick-up
truck northbound on state route six-58.
Williams apparently crossed the center line and hit the pick- up driven by
31- year- old Harold Lewis Crook.
Authorities say both men were killed instantly.
