The Police report indicates someone was holding the bottom of the ladder, but that Lucadoo tried to "scoot it over" from the top- -about 25-feet off the ground.
The 48-year old worker landed on his head on the concrete walkway at the front door of the school.

(( It started with the discovery of this Nissan Pathfinder Tuesday morning in Lynchburg.
It had been parked in this lot off Wadsworth Street for about a week.
Police forced the lock and discovered the front passenger seat was covered with blood.
But for more than 24 hours, the whereabouts of the driver were unknown.
Then, late Wednesday, a highway worker spotted the body of a black male dumped alongside Route 617 near Lowesville.
24- year- old Vincent Lee Schulterbrandt of the Bronx appeared to have been shot once in the head.
The regional homicide squad consisting of more than a half dozen investigators from around central Virginia revisited the scene today.

The Virginia Department of Health has what its officials call an internal network.
To get into its database, you need a password...AND to be on a computer in the Richmond headquarters or in the offices of one of the 35 health districts around the state.
That means hackers shouldn't be able to get in through the public world wide web page.
That doesn't mean they don't try to breach the security firewall.

Computer expert Ken Sikora has helped Virginia Commonwealth University with security.
He was able to hack into the school's financial records.

Artists obtained donations including lumber for a stage to offer live performances and carpet to cover part of the dirt floor.
