Welcome everybody to the next to last edition of Friday football Extra for
this 1996 season.
In the next half hour, we'll preview the state championship games involving
the four survivors from our area.
Plus, we'll meet this week's co-players of the week, and jump on the world
wide web with Giles and Brookville.
Robin Reed will also drop by with our game day forecasts.
Let's begin with the Eagles of George Washington of Danville, who are
preparing for their final flight of the season.

And if the Eagles can soar to the occasion they will win the school's first
state championship since 1982.
And Roy Stanley says defense may be the key to the Eagles beating Chantilly
and bringing the Group AAA Division Six State championship back to Southside.
