Soering contends that Elizabeth Haysom, possibly with help from others,
killed her parents.
She is serving a 90-year sentence for helping plan the slayings.

Doug Wilder proposed a slavery museum in 19-93, and Governor Allen has
authorized 100- thousand dollars to begin the project.
Allen said yesterday that a state slave museum would honor the determination
and courage of people who endured bondage.
Jamestown Settlement, where Virginia's first slaves are believed to have
arrived in 16-19, is a possible site for the museum.
So is the Hampton University Museum, which already has a collection of
African-American art.
