This afternoon, Andy Ward was sentenced to 40 days in jail.
That's in addition to the 11 day sentence he received a few weeks ago.
Controversy surrounding Ward's driving record surfaced in late November, when he was convicted of reckless driving... and driving with a suspended license.
He already had 2 DUI charges on his record... and Ward resigned shortly after everything came to light.
After today's hearing, he offered an apology for his actions.
