night around seven.
He was standing on the sidewalk of the 24-hundred block of Centre
Avenue, hoping to meet up with some of his friends.
That's when the gunfire erupted.

him lying in the middle of the street... already dead.

Fore is the second instructor court-martialed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri
in just a few months.
Fore faces up to 33-and-a-half years in jail.
