Police continue to search for answers this morning after a man was fatally shot in a Northwest Roanoke neighborhood.

When authorities got to the scene, they found a body lying in the middle of the street surrounded by more than a hundred on-lookers.

The package reportedly will include more than six and a half million dollars to test first-graders for reading problems.

But the local Better Business Bureau told us they had a number of complaints from customers who were't happy with what they got for the 3000 dollars they paid.
