Yesterday, friends of 17- year- old Antwan Gray held a make-shift memorial service.

The group also spray painted his name on the adjacent walls.

Gray was shot multiple times Wednesday night at the 24-hundred block of Centre Avenue.
When police arrived, Gray was lying in the middle of the street, already dead.
Friends say they're still in shock... because they thought everyone liked Gray.

Tuggle delivered a "Merry Christmas" moments before he was put to death for the rape and murder of a woman he met at a dance.
The 44- year- old Tuggle was one of six inmates who took part in the largest death row escape in U-S history in 19-84.
Tuggle killed Jessie Havens in Smyth County in 19-83 four months after being paroled for another murder.

The last surving inmate involved in the nation's biggest death row prison escape was executed last night.

The forty four year old was executed for the 19-83 rape and murder of Jessie Havens.
Havens was killed just four months after Tuggle was paroled for another murder.

In Covington Edgemont Primary School will remain closed today.
Repair crews will be working on a leaking boiler.
School Superintendent Tommy Robertson says when the leak was discovered Wednesday, students and teachers were removed from rooms located near the boiler as a precaution against exposure to potentially harmful carbon monoxide.
Robertson says the parents of three students later took them to the hospital, where they were treated and released.
