In Peru this morning, leftist rebels have seized the residence of Japan's ambassador and are holding dozens hostages including Peruvian ministers and foreign diplomats.

The playing may also be improving their physical condition.
Andrew's school project includes monitoring the effects of her music on the newborns.
While her findings are unscientific-- they show the music affects their breathing and heart rhythm. ANDREWS: THEY'VE BEEN TAKING THEIR RESPIRATORY AND HEAR RATES IN 15 MINUTE INTERVALS, I'VE FOUND THEY IT DROPS ON AVERAGE FOUR TO FIVE POINTS. DR.
