In 19-95, Green was convicted of 12 misdemeanors in RADFORD, including harboring barking dogs, allowing dogs to run at large, and permitting animals to become unsanitary.
And in Montgomery County, Green is charged with obtaining an animal by false pretenses and threatening to set fire to a residence.
In ROCKBRIDGE County, Animal Control Officer Delbert Moore says Green still owes boarding fees for loose dogs which Moore picked up.
