An apparent drunk driving accident has taken the life of a Virginia Tech student.
Police say 20- year- old Daniel Kelly of Maryland was walking down Southgate Drive on Tech's campus with his girlfriend Saturday night when he was hit by a car.

Her name is not being released.

However, he did confirm that there have been some discussions with the union about the production workload...
