A Lynchburg teenager faces a multitude of charges after he allegedly stole a car and lead police on a chase.
Police were following up a report of a possible abduction when an officer spotted the vehicle on Monsview Place.
The 15-year old drove the car over a curb and then backed into the police cruiser.
A short chase ended when the teen crashed the stolen vehicle into a parked car.
He was treated for minor head injuries.

The former Roanoke city manager and Explore Park Director has been named the executive of Prince William County in northern Virginia.
After leaving Explore in 1991, Ewert worked as a consultant.
He spent several months in Czechoslovakia advising local officials in the city of Pilsen.
Since then, he has served as the interim city manager in Galveston, Texas. He will start his new position March First.

The study in the journal "Hypertension" looked at 654 men and women who worked for the Australian Tax Office-- a high stress job--enough to increase blood pressure in some people.
Researchers found it's not the job per se, but how the workers cope with their stress that has the impact on blood pressure.
Diet, drinking habits and a sedentary lifestyle were responsible for higher blood pressure.
In particular, men more than women reported higher alcohol consumption and unhealthy eating.))
