Willie Gammon pleaded guilty to shooting Gary Gammon, but told a probation officer he fired AFTER his dad pulled a gun on HIM.
In an earlier statement to police, Gammon admitted planning his father's murder for two hours.
That's consistent with the testimony Monday of his 18- year- old half brother Chris Gammon, who also pleaded guilty.
The brothers killed their father and shot their stepmother, Rebecca Gammon in October of 19-94.
