that happen again." It's signed: "Happy Anniversary, Frank."

murder of a Lynchburg woman last winter.

today.
The 45- year- old Amherst County man had been found guilty in November for
murdering Robin Burge after she refused to trade sex for drugs.

similar circumstances.
Defense attorneys plan to appeal, claiming the jury began deliberating
before they should have.
Pending his appeal, sentencing is scheduled for February.
