This afternoon, a General District Court judge took more than a hundred animals away from Valery Green... and awarded them to the Humane Society.

Botetourt County Prosecutor Joel Branscom acknowledged Stallins is "genuinely remorseful," but he pointed out she used her disability check from the state to pay for the drugs.
