The bill is expected to pass in Virginia this year.
It requires parents be notified before their underage daughter gets an abortion.

Among them was Marlowe Andre Farmer-- the man charged with attempted capital murder in November after he allegedly shot a police officer.

Farmer was released on bond earlier this month--yesterday he was charged with cocaine distribution.

Crack, L-S-D, cocaine and meth-amphetamine- Those are just a few of the drugs Wythe County authorities seized in their undercover operation.
The year-long investigation wrapped up yesterday as police began arresting about 35 people.
Sheriff Wayne Pike also expects some FEDERAL charges.

Yesterday a jury ordered the network to pay Food Lion five-and-a-half million dollars in punitive damages.
The jury had found the network defrauded the grocery chain by sending undercover cameras inside grocery stores for a Prime Time Live broadcast about poor sanitation practices.
Washington and Lee professor Lou Hodges testified in the trial, in defense of A-B-C's undercover work.
He says he expects the fight to continue in appeals courts for several years.
