comfortable life in Roanoke County.
He's been relocated by the federal government.
The feds promised the murder victim's family that Cruz would appear in
court this month.

believe the 44-year old drug runner-turned government informant will ever serve
time.

July 30, 1987, Mark Garrett's body was found on the southside of Charlotte
with a bullet near the back of his head.

trafficker, Javier Cruz, but that Cruz wouldn't give her son title to the
vehicle.

specializing in pick-ups, station wagons, campers, trailers... anything that
could be used to conceal large amounts of cash and coke.
Soon after he got busted in Miami, Cruz agreed to become an informant.

The Salem Spartans won a big one in the Blue Ridge tonight beating William
Byrd tonight 56 to 54.
