A Patrick County man was arrested and charged with the second degree murder
of a six month old child.
Sheriff's officials say rescue workers were called to the home of 28 year
old Kyle Michael Burnett on Wednesday night.
There- they found six month old Brandi Hubbard severely injured.
She was taken to Community Hospital where she later died.
Investigators brought charges against Burnett today after determining the
injuries were consistent with the child being shaken or thrown.
Burnett was babysitting for Hubbard's mother.
He has been released from jail on a ten thousand dollar bond.

with a bullet near the back of his head.

could be used to conceal large amounts of cash and coke.
Soon after he got busted in Miami, Cruz agreed to become an informant.
