The U-S Deputy Attorney General is now responding to the allegations of

drinking when she struck and killed a Virginia Tech student on campus earlier
this month.
Williams' blood alcohol level registered below the legal limit,
But Tech police chief Mike Jones says he's sure a forensic formula to
calculate blood alcohol levels hours earlier will prove Williams was legally
intoxicated.

Before imposing punishment, the judge spoke about how Scales was robbed of
the chance to graduate from school, marry and have children.
The comments brought tears to the eyes of Scales' father.

the leading supplier of night vision products to the U-S military gives it
unquestioned credibility abroad.
Last year it won the U-S government's most recent multi- year procurement of
