A Lynchburg jury says Troy Brown should spend 23 years in prison for a fatal confrontation outside a night club last summer.

The jury found Brown guilty of first degree murder for the shooting death of 18- year- old Derrick Crews July 27th.
Brown and Crews had gotten into a shouting match after leaving the Pepper Baux (box) restaurant that night.
Brown fired several shots into the air, then shot Crews once in the chest.
Defense attorneys had argued Brown was in fear for his life.

The two-billion dollar telescope will then be plucked from space with a crane, so that parts can be swapped.
