A 28- year old convicted murderer has received the death penalty.

Lilly also told Montgomery County Circuit Judge Ray Grubbs at his sentencing yesterday that he was sorry about what happened.

Two other men -- Lilly's younger brother Mark and Gary Wayne Barker -- were convicted as accomplices in the killing.
