A bank teller was killed and three others injured during a bank robbery at a Nationsbank branch in Richmond.
The F-B-I says Jermaine Jerrell Sims was arrested Tuesday night.
Sims is being held at an undisclosed location until his hearing later this month.
Police say Sims bought two assault weapons three days before the bank robbery and the same type of ammunition found at the scene.
