Meantime today, one expert-- a Pennsylvania coroner-- who has studied what's been released of JonBenet Ramsey's autopsy-- says it appears the six-year-old was a victim of chronic sex abuse.
The child beauty queen's body was found the day after Christmas in the basement of her family's home in Boulder.
The child had been sexually assaulted and strangled.

In Roanoke County, Police say Ronnie Brooks is charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a 26- year- old woman.
Brooks is being held in the county jail without bond.
The 32-year old is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend Lisa Sizemore earlier this month.
Brooks was recently transferred from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital to the jail.
Police say after the shooting, Brooks turned the gun on himself.

Today they approved a bill that would make it a "primary offense" to let kids rattle around in the back seat without a safety belt.

And in the NBA, the Mavericks and Nets hooked up in a blockbuster trade tonight taking part in a nine player deal.
The Mavericks send Chris Gatling, Jim Jackson, Sam Cassell, George McCloud and Eric Montross to New Jersey in exchange for Shawn Bradley, Robert Pack, Khalid Reeves and Ed O'Bannon.

Last month Gordon was caked in makeup for a nighttime commercial shoot on behalf of the soft drink company.
