19- year old Jackson, who also played football, was arrested early Saturday inside a Riverdale motel room by deputies investigating a noise complaint.
Two football players were also taken into custody.
Cedric Jacobs, number 25- for the team, and number 3- Michael Chappell, were also charged with possession of marijuana.

Roanoke County Police say Ronnie Brooks should be in court this week in connection with the shooting death of a 26-year old woman earlier this month.

He's accused of killing Lisa Sizemore earlier this month, a woman identified as his ex-girlfriend.

In Richmond, the House of Delegates today approved a bill to make it a "primary offense" to let kids rattle around in the back seat unstrained by a seat belt.

Flight 134 from Denver was about halfway down the runway when it happened.
So far no reports of any injuries.
All the passengers have been taken off the plane.
