Investigators believe 26- year- old Eric Shazier (SHAY-zer) shot his girlfriend and their 21- month - old son before killing himself.

NASA says part of the Hubble Telescope's steering system has developed a glitch, and it might require another spacewalk tonight to fix it.
In the fifth spacewalk this morning, astronauts worked to cover torn exterior insulation on the telescope.
The shuttle will release hubble from its cargo bay tomorrow morning.
Discovery returns to Earth Friday.

Delegates eliminated a provision calling for a special commission to come up with a NEW state song.
So the Senate will have to consider the measure again.
