A argument has apparently led to murder in Bent Mountain.
Roanoke County Police say 56- year- old Paskel Tinsley Junior allegedly shot
37- year- old Rick Knobel(KA-nobel) during an early morning dispute.
K-nobel died at the scene.
Tinsley's wife was home at the time of the incident, but police say she was
sleeping.
Tinsley is being held in the Roanoke County Jail without bond.
He is charged with first degree murder.
