Ironically, even as he was saying that, drug enforcement agents were arresting Julio Roberto Castellanos in Miami.
They'd staked out his home, left a note, saying they thought his car had been involved in a hit and run accident, asking Castellanos to call police.
He called once from a pay phone, but they couldn't trace the call fast enough. Castellanos's curiosity got the best of him. By the third call, they had him surrounded.

A Roanoke Circuit Court judge throws out first-degree murder charges against
(Ce-PAY-da) Cepeda Wiley.


Judge Robert Dougherty said there was no doubt in his mind it was NOT a first degree murder case- because the Commonwealth had failed to prove premeditation.
Earlier today the jury heard testimony from the woman who was the focus of the love-triangle. That was at the heart of the confrontation that killed Jesse Ferguson.

Police have charged 13 Roanoke College students and four other former students with allegedly taking part in hazing.
Roanoke County police say four students were blindfolded and forced to lie face down in Carvins Cove early this morning.
No one was hurt.
All 17 were charged with trespassing; ten with with hazing.
The rest were charged with being drunk in public.
Police say the incident was part of what the students called a bonding experience.
College officials say members of campus fraternities were NOT involved.
