Investigators are searching for answers after discovering a body in a burning car in Nelson County.

That's where they found a car on fire on a dirt logging road about 50-yards off the highway.

Meanwhile a Roanoke County man is now in jail. He is accused of fatally shooting another man over the weekend.
56- year- old Paskel Tinsley Junior was arraigned yesterday on a first- degree murder charge.
Authorities say he was having a dispute with 37- year- old Rick (KA-nobel) Knobel when Tinsley allegedly shot him.
