morning near Carvins Cove.

the Roanoke County Courthouse.

All were charged with trespassing on property along Timber View Road. Some
also face charges of hazing and being drunk in public.
Roanoke County police found four of the students blindfolded, lying face
down in four to six inches of water.
Members of the group declined interviews, but did say the incident should
not be considered hazing.

When Tim McGuire opened a pawn shop a couple of years ago, he wanted to
avoid stockpiling jewelry, T-V sets and other merchandise.
He figured he'd just lend money on vehicle TITLES, rather than take cars
themselves.
Last Fall, a judge in Richmond ruled that pawn shops can only accept
physical items... not vehicle titles.
The ruling could cost McGuire thousands of dollars, but he settled the case
without a fight.

higher risk of breast cancer.
