as a meat dish in school lunches.

And finally tonight, NASCAR has declared Rusty Wallace the official winner
of yesterday's Pontiac Excitement 400 Winston Cup race in Richmond.

A couple of hours after Wallace started celebrating his then unofficial win
in Victory Lane, NASCAR said that Rusty's Ford engine failed the postrace
compression test. In other words his engine had more power than his
competitors.
The engine was confiscated by NASCAR last night and flown to Daytona where
their engineers performed a series of tests on the motor today before deciding
it was legal and that Rusty is the winner.
He now has 47 career victories.
