But Howard Liebman, reached at the company's New York headquarters, declined
to comment more.
Shorewood makes covers for compact disks.
It has a distribution facility in the Statesman Industrial Park off route
460. That's in northeast Roanoke.
The company is publicly traded on NASDAQ.
Financial reports on Shorewood have high praise for the company.

A clerk who handled criminal cases in Roanoke Circuit Court has become a
criminal defendant herself.
(Tier-ney) Tierney Anita Monroe was charged in a two-count indictment with
possession of cocaine and marijuana.

The charges are the result of a drug raid three weeks ago in search of
Monroe's son, Shannon Brown.
An informant had told police he bought drugs in the house on Chapman Avenue.
Inside police report they found drugs and drug paraphernalia, along with a
handgun.
Monroe has been put on notice that she'll be suspended... and could be
fired.
The 35-year old deputy clerk is still on the city payroll, while she
considers whether to answer the charges in writing before her case comes up for
trial.
