outbreak of dysentery.

criminal defendant herself.
Tierney Anita Monroe was charged in a two-count indictment with possession
of cocaine and marijuana.

Monroe's son, Shannon Brown.
An informant had told police he bought drugs in the house on Chapman Avenue.

fired.
The 35- year- old deputy clerk is still on the city payroll, while she
considers whether to answer the charges in writing before her case comes up for
