The city's police chief says a man walked into the bank screaming, and
opened fire.
It appears three people were killed in the building -- then the man walked
outside and took a pedestrian hostage.
Police arrived and shot the suspect dead. The hostage also died.

or by police bullets.
The police chief says it appears the incident was NOT a robbery attempt, but
that the suspect walked into the bank to kill.
