When fire fighters got there the roof over the back part of the building had

The "Shanghai Express" on Old Riverside Drive apparently caught fire sometime
around three this morning.
When fire fighters got there the roof over the back part of the building had
already collapsed.
The Chinese restaurant had only been open a short time, but fire fighters
say there was little hope of saving the business.

their town.

V-DOT originally decided to tear down the bridge.
But after residents opposed, it came up with a bridge-saving proposal-
Now the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors must approve it.
The plan calls for the county and state to split the cost of replacing the
structure...
There's one catch though- Only a quarter of the state money is actually
guaranteed.
The board must make a decision in the coming days.
