He was suspended from the team for the season.
Today, Montgomery County circuit judge Ray Grubbs found him NOT guilty.

A six-year old Lynchburg boy is dead after his five-year old brother apparently shot him accidentally.

Police say the two boys apparently were playing with a .22 caliber pistol when it went off, striking the older boy in the upper body.
He died about seven hours later at Lynchburg General Hospital.

On a four to three vote, council came up with almost 900- thousand dollars to buy two quints, vehicles that combine the functions of a pumper and an aerial ladder truck.
The Roanoke Fire Fighters Association has argued the trucks are part of a plan to downsize the department.

Armed with a jug of gasoline and a cigarette, a man chained himself to a bench in protest outside Roanoke's Poff Federal building this morning.
Federal officials would not identify the man, but say he was upset about a property issue and was apparently threatening to set himself on fire.
The Federal Probation office says, the Wythe County man was on probation several years ago.
His former probation officer talked him into unlocking the chain.
He was escorted into the building, and later released.
