(( Illinois Wesleyan... Alvernia College... Nebraska Wesleyan... and
Williams College... If you want to see what March Madness is all about, all
you had to do was take a trip to the Salem Civic Center for the division 3
final four tournament this weekend.
Lots of fast breaks, three pointers and nail biter foul shots at the last
tics of the game.
But what makes it all so maddening? It's the FANS!
They came from all around the country to Salem to show off their school
spirit, and showed up in droves to support their teams.

There isn't the glamour and glitz of a nationally televised game, so fans
have no choice but to make the trip.
But they're more than happy to go the extra mile... or miles.

Williams College played in the consolation game this afternoon, but the
fans took home an impressive statistic.
A report from Princeton ranks their athlete support from students 5th in
the nation... just behind Notre Dame and ACC power houses Duke, UNC and
Clemson.
Students say the extra support makes a real difference.
