Jean it seems to be the end of a running dispute between 23 year old Sharon Casey, and Ortiz, her ex-boyfriend...
Casey took warrants out against Ortiz last night accusing him of putting sugar in her gas tank.
About 9:40 she called police saying Ortiz was pounding on her door... police didn't find anyone.
At 10:22, police came back and found Casey and her mother, 42 year old Deborah Casey dead.
As police investigated, Ortiz appeared among bystanders with a gun, and the standoff began.
