Good evening I'm Joe Dashiell.
Fire fighters from several states are battling a blaze a top a mountain in Rockbridge County.
So far officials estimate the fire has scorched more than 250 acres in a remote section of The George Washington and Jefferson National Forest.
The fire started around 8-30 last night.
Investigators are not sure what sparked it.
Denise Allen has the story.

North Carolina, Kentucky and Georgia are the only other states where tobacco's economic benefits outweigh its health costs.

The state's plan to give free child care to welfare recipients who get jobs would create an incentive for people to remain on public assistance.

Non-welfare families earning the same income would have to pay a small portion of their child-care bills.
