(( This was an argument that started sometime Sunday... police say Hazel and Joe Bohannon had been fighting with their 24- year- old son Barry Wayne Bohannon and the dispute carried over into Monday morning.
But authorities say Barry Bohannon put a stop to it when he grabbed a shotgun, shot his mother and father, then turned the weapon on himself.
William Campbell was outside, just a few hundred yards away, when he heard the shots and called police.

A Roanoke woman was fatally injured in a collision in Roanoke County this morning.

County police say 21-year-old Mary Ann Richards pulled into Brambleton Avenue, about 10-A-M.
Her car was hit broadside by a Jeep.
She was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
Rescue workers used the "jaws of life" to get the Jeep driver out. He was also taken to the hospital; no word on his condition.
Police say Richards was at fault; no charges will be filed.

The man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her mother may face the death penalty.
A grand jury returned six indictments against Miguel Ortiz today.

The charges include first degree murder and Capital Murder, which leaves the door open for prosecutors to seek the death penalty.
