Joe Bohannon had been fighting with their 24- year- old son Barry Wayne
Bohannon and the dispute carried over into Monday morning.
But authorities say Barry Bohannon
put a stop to it when he grabbed a shotgun, shot his mother and father, then
turned the weapon on himself.
William Campbell was outside, just a few hundred yards away, when he heard
the shots and called police.

A Roanoke woman was fatally injured in a collision in Roanoke County this
morning.

Her car was hit broadside by a Jeep.
She was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where she later died.

also taken to the hospital; no word on his condition.
Police say Richards was at fault; no charges will be filed.

death penalty.
A grand jury returned six indictments against Miguel Ortiz today.
