Expect delays if you travel Route 220 into Roanoke...
This afternoon, workers closed one lane, about a mile north of the Franklin
Tomorrow, the Virginia Department of Transportation plans to monitor the
traffic flow, then decide where to place a more permanent concrete barrier.
The lane is closed so construction crews can work on a drainage system
along side the road.
VDOT expects the project to be complete by May 23rd.
Lynchburg College says it never tried to censor or block two controversial
articles in the school's student newspaper.
In January, a security guard at the college was caught stealing credit cards
from students' mail and using them to get cash.

Today, he launched what health department officials are calling the most
comprehensive computer tracking system for immunizations in the nation.
Statewide, about 30- percent of children don't have all the immunizations
they should by age two.

Students of modern warfare got a lesson in medieval tactics today.
