A Los Angeles Grand Jury indicted Mikail Markesev, but the indictment was sealed by a Superior Court Judge, which means the specific charges are still under wraps.
Cosby was killed in January when he stopped to change a tire.
Markesev was arrested after a tip came into to the National Enquirer.
The indictment comes amid reports that the key witness in the case, the woman who helped police develop a sketch of the suspect, failed to identify Markesev in a lineup.

Cave Spring and Patrick Henry resumed their always entertaining soccer rivalry tonight at Knights Field.

The Knights got some last minute advise from their coach Bruce Mahan and it paid off.
Cave Spring's Steve Hamblen gets the ball at the side of the net and heads it past the Patriot goalie for a score and a one to nothing lead at the 29-29 mark of the first half.
The Knights were on the attack again and in position to score but Patrick Henry goalie Will Krause comes up with a big save to stop the drive.

Henry/1;in scoring position. Keeper Brent Bowles slips after making one save but the rebound kick is over the net and the Knights go on to win it 2 to 1.

Before the game, Don Mattingly helped manager Joe Torre hoist the Yanks championship banner into the sky in pregame ceremonies.
And the Yankee Clipper Joe Dimaggio was also on hand.
He threw out the first pitch and threw a strike.
David Cone took a cue from Joe D, as he struck out the side in both the first and 6th innings. He had 12 K's in 7 innings.
But Yankee reliever Mariano Rivera gave up this massive homer to mark McGwire to deep center field as the A's beat the Yankees 3-to-1 in 12 innings.

Dudley Lawhorn of Rustburg won the first late model stock car race at the track last weekend.
Lawhorn is a veteran of the short tracks in the area he says the division is very competitive but its the challenge of the tight track that brings him to Victory Stadium.
