Gunshot residue tests determined that 54-year-old Spencer Dickason killed 44-year-old Odell Hairston, and then shot himself.

Some nurses at Carilion's Roanoke Community Hospital say the neo- natal intensive care unit is under- staffed.
One of the nurses says the hospital is violating the state- mandated ratio of one nurse per two- point- five babies.
