Nineteen year old Timmy Stocks was sentenced to 17 years in prison for causing a fatal car crash last fall.

Carilion is defending itself against accusations by some nurses that it is understaffing the neonatal intensive care unit at Roanoke Community Hospital.

One nurse told NEWS-7 of being forced to work long overtime hours, and maintains the hospital is violating the state-mandated one nurse per two-point-five babies ratio.
