A grade-school murder suspect from Pittsylvania County is NOT capable of standing trial.
That's according to a source close to the case who says a team of psychiatrists at U-V-A Medical Center made the determination.
Those doctors gave the 8-year old boy psychological tests.

The drive from Charlottesville to Roanoke is back to normal again.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 64 over Afton Mountain were closed after a rock slide last night.
The road was closed for 16 hours, and during that time, traffic heading for Waynesboro and Staunton was detoured onto U-S 250 west at (Cro-zay) Crozet.
The highway department reopened the lanes this morning after a geologist checked out the conditions.
The rock slide happened about 7:15 last night. No one was hurt, and no cars were damaged.

Sources tell News 7 sports that Bonnie Henrickson will assume the new position, but this is not yet official. Henrickson served as Iowa's top assistant this past season and was an assistant coach for Virginia Tech a couple of years ago.
