psychiatrists at U-V-A Medical Center made the determination.

The report shows no signs that F-B-I lab examiners fabricated evidence.
At the same time, the report finds flawed testimony by lab examiners.
F-B-I whistle blowers suggested a much more serious problem, claiming the lab
mismanaged and contaminated evidence

In Colorado, the search continues today for the missing A-10 attack jet and

Today searchers plan to check out a place where prospector's equipment
detected metals such as aluminum and iron.
Officials are holding out hope, however slim, that Air Force Captain Craig
Button ejected and is surviving somewhere in the Colorado Rockies.
The jet disappeared nearly two weeks ago.
Attorney General Janet Reno says there's no need to appoint an independent
counsel to investigate the financing of President Clinton's re-election
She says that, right now, there's no evidence that crimes were committed by
any high-ranking white house officials.
Many Republicans argue that because Reno is an appointee of President
Clinton, she cannot conduct an objective investigation into the matter.

James McDougal, President and Mrs. Clinton's former Arkansas business
partner, is going to prison.
A judge sentenced McDougal to a three-year term in exchange for his
