35- year- old Walter Wayne Pugh of Huddleston was found guilty in February of exposing himself to the boy and showing him pornographic materials.
Judge William Sweeney this week gave Pugh a five- year sentence, with four years suspended.
The victim was "not" a passenger on Pugh's school bus.

Last month, Board members said 2- point 2 million dollars would have to be cut from the proposed school budget.
